The program began with a presentation on resilience delivered by Prof. Dr. Siti Irene Astuti Dwiningrum, M.Si. In her presentation, she emphasized that resilience is an essential quality that teachers should possess when delivering instructional materials in schools. She used the interactive animation Animasi Interaktif Kelas Khusus Harapan, which tells the story of Bu Nita, an honorary teacher who guided ten students facing various personal and behavioral challenges to become high-achieving and inspiring individuals. Strengthening resilience is expected to enhance students’ motivation and their ability to cope with academic challenges. Innovative learning approaches that incorporate diverse instructional media can also contribute to strengthening students’ online literacy resilience. The diversity of teaching methods serves as an important foundation for teachers to design effective learning strategies that enhance students’ resilience. Through this workshop, teachers are expected to develop greater awareness of the importance of applying varied instructional approaches to strengthen literacy and numeracy resilience in more creative and effective ways.
