Cooperation Policy
We are very open to building collaborations with you as part of our commitment to developing resilience in Indonesia and globally. We have established numerous partnerships, both nationally and internationally, to advance resilience. Below is the cooperation workflow with CoE (Center of Excellence) Educational Resilience:

The cooperation workflow involves several parties—namely the Study Center, Partnership Management, Data Management, Head of CoE, and External Partners—operating sequentially as follows:
Cooperation Initiation: The process begins with the initiation of cooperation, which can originate from either the Study Center or External Partners. At this stage, ideas or partnership needs are communicated as the basis for initial exploration.
Drafting Cooperation Agreement: Following the initiation, Partnership Management prepares the draft agreement. This process involves coordination with relevant parties to ensure alignment with the substance, goals, and scope of the cooperation.
FGD to Agree on Cooperation Terms: The drafted agreement is then discussed through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) facilitated by the Study Center. The FGD aims to finalize and agree upon strategic points with both internal and external stakeholders.
Signing of Cooperation Agreement: The outcomes agreed upon during the FGD are finalized into an official document, followed by the signing of the agreement by the Head of CoE as the authorized representative.
Document Archiving: The signed agreement document is then submitted to Data Management for systematic recording and archiving.
Cooperation Implementation: The agreed cooperation is executed by the Study Center in accordance with the roles, tasks, and action plans outlined in the document.
Cooperation Monitoring: Throughout implementation, the Study Center conducts monitoring to ensure activities proceed according to agreed terms and targets, while maintaining coordination with External Partners.
Cooperation Evaluation: In the final stage, a cooperation evaluation is conducted by the Head of CoE, incorporating feedback from External Partners and relevant units. This evaluation assesses achievements and effectiveness, serving as the basis for improvements or future collaboration developments.
