Strengthening resilience is expected to help address student challenges by preparing them to face academic demands more effectively. Learning innovation that incorporates culture as a source of instruction can also contribute to strengthening literacy and numeracy resilience. Indonesia’s cultural diversity serves as an important foundation for teachers to design meaningful learning experiences that enhance students’ online resilience. Through this workshop, teachers are expected to develop greater awareness of the importance of applying culturally based approaches to strengthen literacy and numeracy resilience, resulting in more creative and effective classroom instruction.
