Online Resilience Movement for high school teachers in Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta, 2024 – The Directorate of Research and Community Service at Yogyakarta State University (UNY) held a workshop on strengthening Online Resilience for high school teachers across Yogyakarta. This initiative was funded by the Matching Fund Program under the Community Problem Solving scheme, led by Prof. Dr. Siti Irene Astuti Dwiningrum, M.Si. and a team consisting of Dr. Ariefa Efianingrum, M.Si., Dr. Pratiwi Wahyu Widiarti, M.Si., and Muslikhin, Ph.D. The team was supported by facilitators Nopita Sitompul, M.Pd., and Anindita A., along with students who assisted in the use of playing cards and interactive animation media. The workshop took place on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the Abdullah Sigit Hall, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Education and Psychology, UNY.
The event opened with an introduction to Online Resilience by Prof. Dr. Siti Irene Astuti Dwiningrum, M.Si. In her presentation, Prof. Siti Irene emphasized that teachers should possess resilience when delivering school curricula. Furthermore, strengthening resilience is expected to address student issues, making them better prepared to face various learning challenges.
